Principle
Canine Heartworm Antigen Rapid Test Kit is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay.

Collection and preparation of sample
1.Canine serum, plasma or whole blood.
2.The sample should be tested immediately after collection. If not, they can be stored at 2~8ºC for 24 hours. For longer storage, Freeze at -20ºC(Except whole blood). Frozen samples should be brought to room temperature(15~30ºC ) prior to use.
