Intended use:

The test kit is used for quantitative detection of  canine parvo virus in canine feces.

Principle of assay:

The kit contains two highly specific and sensitive CPV Ag monoclonal antibodies, one of which is fixed in the test area (T) of the NC membrane, and the other is fluorescently labeled and dried on the release pad. After dropping the sample, the content of CPV Ag in canine feces was quantitatively detected by antigen‐antibody specific reaction combined with fluorescent immunochromatography. The kit can quantitatively detect the level of CPV Ag in dogs, help professional pet physicians accurately determine the infection level of the dog, and evaluate the antiserum/antibiotic treatment effect of the dog, and facilitate timely adjustment of the treatment plan to achieve the best healing effect.
