Principle
Canine Influenza Virus Antigen Rapid Test Kit is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay.
Collection and preparation of sample
1.Canine ocular, nasal or anus secretions.
2.The sample should be tested immediately after collection. If not, they can be stored at 2~8ºC for 24 hours. For longer storage, Freeze at -20ºC. Frozen samples should be brought to room temperature(15~30ºC) prior to use.
3.The sample is better to cover the cotton swab 1/3~2/3. Too little will cause false yin. Excessive samples will show false positives and slow running.
